During an walk around inspection of my home, I discovered a water leak on the furnace. Leaving water on the floor's in the furnace room and crawlspace. I gave Dry Out Systems a call, explained the problem. They excepted my home insurance. Came right out and got to work. They were polite and professional. I will gladly use them again.

Comment: With the first call to Dry Out Systems, they responded promptly and had made an assessment of the damage. The insurance estimator was involved was involved early and a plan was developed to bring the property back to its full potential. I appreciate Dry Out’s professionalism and work ethic. Thank you.

Comment: We have used Taylored Restoration in the past and contacted them when our crawlspace had 2 feet of water this past March. It was a weekend and Taylored was oddly closed. We then called your company and I spoke with one of the owners who was honest about insurance and was definitely not just trying to make money. He sent out Will who is the most professional, polite person I have dealt with in quite some time. While we were very pleased with Taylored, I have to say that your company surpassed them and your customer services is the best I have ever seen in Alaska! Will stayed at our house beyond 1:00 am to finish draining our crawl space as much as possible. They called the next day to check on the status and see how everything was doing and on Monday came back to finish including Andy. Your company provided the highest quality of work and customer service that I have ever seen. The price we were charged is well below that which another company would have charged. I hope we don’t need your service again; however we would definitely call you first if needed and recommend your company. Thank you so much and especially to Will for his hard work and long hours, we greatly appreciate everything!

Comment: The night of the small flooding, I was very pleased that Bo and Doug were able to come out right away. They stayed cleaning up and remove the water damage until early in the morning. Everyone that came after that was helpful, informative, and professional.

My employment at Dryout systems was very productive. the work environment and vibe was very professional. Definitely a family atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dry Out Systems as a place of employment.

Excellent service and very professional! Hopefully I won't have to use their service for future emergencies, but if those do arise I will have no reservations about giving them a call.
