I had a pipe burst and Dylan showed up in the dead of night with a great attitude and confidence. His team knew exactly what to do and sprung right into action while being respectful of my home and effects. I worked with him and later on Chris. They were both very communicative, professional, friendly and effective. Of course you never hope to have something go sideways with your house, but if it does, these are exactly the type of people you want to show up. I sincerely appreciate Chris answer my unending list of questions calmly and comprehensively. These will be the only guys I call for any event in the future.

Comment: Dry out systems crew came within one hour from my phone call and wier very speedy on getting my flooded basement dried out. Also, they were very persistent on doing daily checks to ensure quality work was being effective. Highly recommend.

They were great. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for this type of service.

We had an accidental overflow in our shower that ended up causing damage to the bathroom subfloor and ceiling in the room below it. DOS was at my house with equipment setup within 12 hours of my call. They were so courteous and explained every step of the process and what to expect. They immediately began coordinating with my insurance company and drywall/tile repair companies to get estimates. They left my house spotless after demo work on drywall and tile. It feels weird leaving a great review for a company I hope I never have to use again, but if I do I know I'll be in great hands.

Comment: I can’t begin to say how amazing Chris and his team are. They went to bat for us when insurance was dragging their feet on a rental, justifying why it was needed. They are extremely professional and efficient and transparent. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do hands down will call them.

Comment: I did not hire Dry Out because my State Farm insurance denied my claim. But Andy told me how to dry my basement using rental equip. I went to Home Depot and got a dehumidifier and some blue fans. and did exactly what they told me. Its still drying but with his help I am able to fix my home still. If I ever have a water problem again, I will not hesitate to call. No other company would walk me thru how to do it myself.

I called Dry Out Systems and they came the same day and evaluated my problem. Chris was terrific and very concerned about my problem and provided information so that I could make the right decision. Ultimately there was nothing that had to be done. Chris was very professional and caring. I am very glad that I decided to call them. Thank you very much.
